Appraisal of your property from the in- and outside once a month, ventilation of the rooms, inspection of the windows, doors, lighting, electricity and water installations.
Recording of the electricity and water levels (if these are freely accessible)
Emptying the postbox and storing the mail. If you so wish, we can forward your letters and invoices to you via e-mail.
You will receive a checklist and pictures of your property via e-mail after our monthly appraisal
In urgent situations you will be contacted by phone immediately
Including the 5€ donation to the Fire Station of Vodice.

Extra Check

We will check your property within the next 24 hours.

In case of need, we will check your property within the next 24 hours. We are going to verify that your property is safe and inform you immediately on site about the condition of your house. (Scope of services on equal terms with basic package.)

Winter Service

We make your property winter-proof.

We turn off the water at the main tap, open the drain tap and ventilate the pipes, empty the shower head and hose as well as the toilet and flushing tank, fill siphons and toilet with antifreeze, and seal the toilet with clinging film to prevent odors from forming.

Payment Service

We take care of your mail.

If you wish, we can pay your bills for waste disposal, electricity, sewage and service water, communication fees, etc. via an escrow account and send the receipts. You no longer need to worry about paying your bills on time and you will always have an overview of your monthly costs.

Shuttle Service

We pick you up from the airport.

With our spacious 7-seater we pick you up from Zadar or Split airport and of course bring you back again. With us, you start your vacation relaxed and don’t have to worry about a transfer.

Cleaning Service

We make your property shine.

Our professional cleaners will keep your property spotless. On the outside, we look after your summer kitchen, garden furniture, terraces and balconies. Inside, we will clean all hard floors and carpets, windows, doors and make all surfaces shine. Kitchens and bathrooms will be hygienically and particularly thoroughly cleaned, so you and your guests will always feel comfortable.

Laundry Service

We take care of your laundry.

We professionally launder your bed linen, towels and, if you so desire, your personal clothing. Of course, we will pick up your laundry and bring it back, fresh and clean.

Pool Service

We maintain your pool.

Our pool care includes water filtration and pool cleaning, pH regulation and protection against limescale deposits. In addition, we take care of the professional winter storage in late fall and the accurate commissioning in spring. We will regularly check the stocks of consumable supplies and refill the system if necessary.

Garden Service

We make your garden look beautiful.

From weekly cutting your lawn, through thorough weed removal, to taking care and fertilizing your flower bushes - no matter what, we will keep your garden in excellent shape. This also includes regular watering the plants and the monitoring and maintaining of your irrigation system. Additionally, we carry out all the other work that is part of extended garden maintenance, such as tree and hedge trimming, removing moss from side and pest control. We would be delighted to add new plantation and redesign flower beds by arrangement.

Shopping Service

We fill your fridge.

Before your arrival we will stock your fridge, wine rack and fruit basket according to your personal preferences. Of course, you can use this service at any time during your stay in Croatia.

Guest Service

We take care of your guest.

We take care of the check-in, check-out and registration of your guests. Not only are we going to hand over the keys and give them a tour of the house, but we will also discuss your house rules and give them information about touristic sights, restaurants and cafes nearby. During their stay we are their contact person for any problems or questions. In addition, we can offer your guests excursions or prepare welcome gifts.

Janitor Service

Small repairs and renovations of all kinds.

From minor repairs, which we are happy to take care of for you at short notice, to complete room renovations including painting, wallpapering, laying tiles and laying the floor with laminate or parquet. Our specialist will take the best of care of your property.

Air conditioning and heating Service

We provide for regular maintenance of your air conditioning and heating system.

To keep air conditioning and heating systems working, they must be maintained regularly. Our technician takes care of your system’s check-ups so that you can enjoy them for as long as possible. We take care of urgent repairs at short notice. If required, we can also arrange for offers on new air conditioning and heating systems as well as installation.
